3. CoEnzyme Q10 / Ubiquinol

Several studies found that dietary supplementation of CoEnzyme Q10 (CoQ10) has been associated with increase sperm motility status. This association is linked to the potent antioxidant property of CoQ10 which helps protect sperm in gonads from destructive oxidative stress. 

Daily recommendation: 100 - 200mg/day



4. Milk Thistle/Silymarin

Studies regarding milk thistle found that consuming milk thistle improves the quality of prostatic fluid. Not only that it helps in protecting and maintaining your liver health, it also helps to nourish and protect your sperms! Silymarin was found to be protective to sperm from free radicals via its potent antioxidant effect.


Daily recommendation: 250mg/day (plant extract) 80% silymarin
